8 Reasons
As an international clinic, our director, Dr. Wang, is fluent in English,Chinese, and Japanese.
Orthodontic treatment often takes several months to a year or more. That’s why being able to communicate in the language you’re most comfortable with—so you can ask questions, understand your treatment, and feel at ease—is incredibly important.
You don’t need to worry about language or nationality. If you are considering orthodontic treatment in Japan, we invite you to reach out to us.
Our orthodontist has an exceptionally distinguished background, even within Japan.
After earning a doctoral degree in dentistry, the doctor obtained certification as both a “Certified Orthodontist” and a “Clinical Instructor” from the Japanese Orthodontic Society—the most prestigious orthodontic society in Japan. Only 0.4% of orthodontists in Japan hold these credentials.
With over 20 years of experience specializing in orthodontics, our doctor also trains and mentors dentists and orthodontists across Japan.
Recognized for outstanding clinical skills and achievements, the doctor has been selected as a representative of Japan and continues to give lectures and conduct research throughout Asia, Europe, and North America.
These objective credentials are the foundation of the world-class orthodontic care we are able to provide.
At our clinic, you can receive Japan’s top-level orthodontic treatment without the stress of language barriers.
Aoyama International Orthodontic Clinic is located in Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Aoyama is one of the most prestigious areas in Tokyo, Japan’s capital, and is known as a center for business, fashion, and culture.
The clinic is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from either Tokyo Metro Aoyama-itchome Station or Gaienmae Station. It also offers easy access from Omotesando, Akasaka, and Harajuku.
At your first visit, you can receive a free consultation with one of our orthodontists—up to 60 minutes—during which we will examine your teeth alignment and discuss the most suitable treatment options, as well as important points to consider.
We will show you case photos, explain different treatment approaches, and introduce our patient support systems during treatment. Our orthodontist will carefully walk you through how your smile can improve step by step.
Of course, consultations are available in Chinese. Please feel free to ask anything in the language you’re most comfortable with.
To ensure smooth communication throughout your treatment, our specialized orthodontic staff provides one-on-one support.
If you have any questions or concerns during your treatment, you can easily contact us via official channels such as WhatsApp, or LINE. Of course, you are welcome to communicate in the language you’re most comfortable with.
In addition, all patients are covered by a two-year post-treatment relapse guarantee. If your teeth shift back after treatment, you are eligible for free retreatment within two years of completion.
Note on the guarantee: This applies to patients who wear their appliances as instructed by the orthodontist and attend regular checkups. Please feel free to ask our staff for more details.
We are a dental clinic specializing in orthodontic treatment.
We welcome patients of all ages—from children to adults.
If you have any of the following concerns, please feel free to consult with us:
We propose the most suitable treatment plan based on each patient’s needs and dental condition.
Whether it’s wire braces, clear aligners, pediatric orthodontics, partial treatment, or accelerated orthodontics—we’re here to help with any orthodontic concern you may have.
Please note: We do not offer “ceramic orthodontics,” which involves shaving down healthy teeth and covering them with ceramic crowns to change their appearance.
To provide high-quality orthodontic care, we conduct detailed diagnostic examinations.
Our clinic is fully equipped with all the necessary technology for orthodontic treatment, including:
These advanced tools allow us to accurately assess hidden aspects such as tooth alignment, bone thickness, and the balance between the upper and lower jaws.
Based on the results of these examinations, we create a personalized treatment plan tailored to each patient’s condition. You will also be able to view 3D simulations of your expected before-and-after results.
All treatment rooms are either private or semi-private to ensure your comfort and protect your privacy. You can receive care with peace of mind, without worrying about being seen by other patients.
At Aoyama International Orthodontic Clinic, we offer a variety of payment methods:
A dental loan is a financing option that allows patients to pay for treatment in installments. The loan company temporarily covers the full treatment cost, and the patient repays the amount in monthly installments.
Since the number of possible installments can be high, this method allows for lower monthly payments.
※Please note: Eligibility is subject to screening criteria such as holding a valid visa with work authorization and having a stable income. For more details, please contact the loan provider directly.
Our staff will be happy to explain each payment method and assist you with installment simulations. Please feel free to ask us anything.
